Charis (Greek: Χάρις) - khar'-ece : is a given name derived from a Greek word meaning "grace, kindness, and life."

The mission of Charis House Leadership Retreats is to ensure that all who visit, for the purpose of personal or professional growth, can walk away with a greater appreciation for the charis we’ve been extended since birth.

The event and retreat experiences are just that, an experience. Welcome to Charis House, a space designed to celebrate togetherness, milestones, and positive human interactions. Our lives are marked by celebrations and events. Our desire is to layer every experience with charis. We provide space for private gatherings that will allow you to entertain with class and style. Looking for a warm homey space to entertain, come experience the Charis House Space. Wanting to host a stylish garden party or backyard BBQ? Allow us to support you in hosting and/or planning your event. Our private dining experience is beyond reproach, if that’s your desire, allow us to create a personalized menu for you and your guest. We offer space to host your next birthday, retreat, book club, graduation, or holiday party. When you think private entertaining, think Charis House.

Alecia L. Bell
Executive Leadership Coach/Owner
Alecia has spent the last ten years of her 20 plus year career, devoted to the work of being an executive leader and Executive Leadership Coach. She has dedicated her years of service to one of the nation’s largest public school districts. She has spent her career improving organizations by transforming leadership teams.
Alecia completely believes in the power of an executive leader as a catalyst for change within organizations. She often asks the question of leaders, “do you have the ability to effectively transfer your vision to your leadership disciples (leadership team) in order to meet your organizational goals?” Her current research in pursuit of her doctoral degree has amassed extensive literature focused on organizational leadership. Transforming leadership teams through CHARIS isn't just her career choice, it is her passion.
